Armyseal, the problem I see is a time lag between when the Bill is passed and when the designated agency reviews the new requirements that need to be enforced. I suspect it will take a week or two, and that means the last week of September. I see share prices dropping during that period, and that is okay by me. I suggest no one pump UNVC during this time period. Instead, allow the price to drop so those who still can may load the boat. In my opinion, we on this board have already helped all that will listen. So why not help ourselves a little until that time? After all, the price will come back up.
