There are parts of that site that are still not functional. It's not officially live yet.
There is dummy type --- the tokens should be called BSAFE tokens, not KTC .... as far as we know. So you'll have to wait for an official announcement on the actual date when you can purchase.
There better be an official announcement, or else it'll just be a handful of us on this board that know it exists. It's like "Horton Hears a Who" ..... Blocksafe needs to be shouting "WE ARE HERE! WE ARE HERE! WE ARE HERE!"
We want the world buying, not just the Hangout board.
