I totally understand what your saying and have agreed with you before. I actually think that either the permits have been approved or going to be approved. That's why they are sending the sample so that when it is approved they can quickly issue the PO and be set...instead of getting the permits approved then needing to send the sample and taking more time to issue the PO. I wouldn't be surprised if we get something by end of next week...which is also my bday weekend...so we need it to celebrate!!
