If you read the June PR you will notice that it says in the beginning that IPIX "CAN" receive milestone payments ,,,etc,etc.
That tells me that IPIX will have the "OPTION" to exercise those milestone payments and that IPIX could forgo them if it suited them.
It's ALL in the wording.
