I thought the 10K has to come out by Sat, 9/8, as that is the 70th day after the close of the fiscal year for IPIX and that is the deadline for such filing. Since it is a weekend, I guess that means IPIX has until the market opens Mon, 9/10 to put it out.
That is my opinion as to some hedging their bets today.
As it stands, todays gain means nothing IMO as simply MMs playing their game. When the real news hits, multi million daily volume should be the norm.
