Another ruling which appears to further strengthen our case, ahead of our favorable ruling forthcoming in the Appeals Court! PTAB prevails again, and in our case they have previously withstood/denied two requests for review of our patents, and in doing so further validated our patents. The SA ruling in our favor will be further vindication and validation for SFOR, and establish an iron clad precedent which shall prevail in future litigation of infringers, ensuring quick settlements!
