Question: Say CISCO says, heck, we'll buy Duo and SFOR. Because SFOR is already getting roughly 1/3 of the acquisition anyway (thanks Duo) and CISCO figures they can recoup that cost with the outstanding/future lawsuits no problem.
Would CISCO inherit R&G and Blank Rome's representation? Would R&G then be on contingency for CISCO?
IMO, SecureAuth is already decided. Which means the other 4-5 lawsuits are also, already decided. Which means future infringement suits are also a probable win.
So how much is Mark Kay asking for SFOR that these big titan companies haven't swept us up yet? $$$
