Rory actually said "we're partnering with a large company".
In a previous SHAC he said "large partner for a national rollout" which was several months away. He also said the pilot program has been completed and it was an "amazing success".
They also said there was a similar program in testing for the pharmaceutical industry which is where you may be getting the BP idea.
I have a good idea who the large company is but rather not spoil the surprise.
