I will bet a million gazillion hunga-trillion dollars that JG's appeal is dismissed out of hand. There has to be a grounds for appeal. I don't see one here. He had lawyers; the court gave him notice, numerous times; he was too smart (or too dumb) to show. Over and out, move on to the next case.
