Funny how our perspective changes with each day passing without oral argument being scheduled. In the beginning our concern/anticipation/impatience was related to why haven't they scheduled us for oral argument! Now with each passing schedule published in which they fail to schedule us, it has become; "Yes, still not scheduled!". That obviously because we believe that we are another day closer to seeing them publish; "on briefs", indicating they will proceed based on briefs on file, without the necessity of oral argument prolonging the process! That will be any day now!!!
