One might think that maybe Leo is being teased just for that possibility. Put the string out there saying yeah yeah, it really is just about money, we (Celgene) can bring IPIX in too and make even more.
Only to keep seeing the carrot on the end of the string get further away. Almost certainly Celgene would be one of the CDA's for brilacidin.
