My objection was your use of the term 'manipulation'.

It must periodically issue evidence of progress (such as being invited to present B-UP at a prestigious conference) to maximize efficiency of financing (likely upcoming milestone purchases). These releases also maximize the amount of information that investors have and dispels actual 'manipulation' that is pervasive elsewhere and committed by detractors of the company.
