Well if he is he is incharge of the overseas division because he is a long way away from the US to be running a distributor here.. I have done about 3 hours of research on phones in a certain country and I have also PM'd Tarqwa and ask him to help me with the research. also don't forget Virals relatives that were suppose to be a distributor in India.
