I haven't seen where everyone got the WeWi information and, quite frankly, I'm having trouble believing it. On June 12th, Andiamo announced the acquisition of WeWi.
It wasn't pending.
It wasn't "in the works".
It wasn't being planned.
It was a done deal!
Now, all of a sudden, it's cancelled?
What did I miss? Andiamo owned the company, as of June 12th. How can they cancel a done deal?
I also have trouble believing it because, if it was true, how could it not be announced by Utopya?

Can someone tell me where this information is?
