It won't necessarily take... "Environmentalism" to sell the tech.....Just someone with lots of money to prove, sustain, and sell it.... with a minimum of either federal, state, industrial support. I think once the supports are there...whether they be mandates, corporate, co-operative...think this will see the light of day. At some point, the natural progression of things...ie China's refusal.. and isolated points of this tech springing up...will be the chicken or the egg
