I view this PR as an indication that a deal for B-OM will likely happen by September 30th and that the IPIX entity will likely continue to develop B-UP on its own for the short term (until a partnership can be agreed to). Whether P and K will be partnered, licensed or sold is not known at this time. A lot depends on the topline results for P, but the length of time it is taking for topline almost suggests that they have an idea of what the results may be and could be in negotiations. It could also just be that there is a lot of information to process (survey info, etc) and it is taking a while. Either way, it is good to see that B-UP has enough interest to be invited to the conference.
