Why wouldn't Utopya issue shares to WEWI? Perhaps Utopya wanted proof of the 250 million dollar contract and they never got it. If the 250 million contract was real, Utopya could have eased some shareholders minds by simply saying the contract is real, our people have looked it over. There would have been no disclosure other than the contract was real. Point is maybe the 250 mil was not real or fell through for WEWI
Last couple weeks I have looked back at WEWI, while their people and concept is impressive, there was a large lack of proof that I could find that the SOL laptop was ever produced in any quantity. All the hype was on the idea and eventual release of the SOL laptop, this seemed to have lasted from 2013 to 2014. Then there is not much at all until late 2017 to present. Now from 2017 to present they were restructuring for some reason?, Phasing out out the WEWI Telecom. WEWI was a strong point for me at first, then with more digging the more skeptical I became. The large gap of their existence from 2014 to 2017 and not being able to find any proof of them actually manufacting their SOL laptop was a concerning set of issues. Along with finding limited reviews on their product, which had what appeared to be only prototype testing, and never finding tests of anything else.
