A lot of talk tonight about a buy-out. Folks are talking about a pps for the buy-out. Guess I was seeing it differently. Hexagon legs are; 1 - app & app design, 2 – manufacturing, 3 – dental care, 4 – digital media, 5 – cannabis, 6 – still waiting. Bsafe and fleetsafer are part of leg one.


I’ve been thinking Berman would keep Cogosense as the app & app design company but sell the rights of bsafe and fleetsafer; and then use the funds to reinvest in the six legs. Continue with Hexagon. Establish the alcohol testing diode module and car seat module currently in BETA; sell the rights and reinvest in Hexagon.


Could even have a manufacturing contract as part of the agreement with whoever buys the apps.


So I’ve been leaning toward a product buy-out, not a company buy-out.
