This is what concerns me the most. I get the impression that WeWi was not happy at all and because of the "many delays and critical failure to comply". I hope for all of us we get some good news soon!!
Our agreement for our acquisition required certain conditions we have requested them to meet. Unfortunately, following many delays and critical failure to comply with our terms of acquisition we have decided to cancel our agreement and discontinue any and all cooperation with ANDI.
It is important to note that although we were supposed to be issued shares in the public company, no shares ever exchanged hands. And because we’ve terminated our agreement, no shares will ever be exchanged at any point in the future.[/b]
