You show me one transaction where the warrants were above the market price of common stock at the time, or where the converted value of the preferreds was below the then current market price an equal number of common shares. Here’s a hint: there are none. Every issue of common and preferred stock was sold at a discount to the market price of common stock, otherwise nobody would buy.
