$SFOR Cisco CISO confirmed that in deals like they did with DUO, Lawsuit damages are kept aside or built into the deal https://bit.ly/2Q4VLlQ. I don't think DUO is worth $2.3B as noted by Forrester Analysts https://bit.ly/2ChyGK2 as well.
IMO, $2.3B has $FOR part built in to close the Cisco acquisition deal & DUO being the ring leader, I guess, out of 21 multiple that CISCO is paying DUO, at least 3x-5x multiple is kept aside for SFOR.
