Bo Dietl's ACS pays SFOR 9/15. Mark stated in his most recent "Uptick News" interview he could not discuss deal details because "We haven't been paid yet." With ACS payment rendered 9/15 he woukd be at liberty to do so Monday morning 9/17. I eagerly look forward to that day!
