A round of golf for Trump takes around 3 hrs. (He doesn't need to wait for a slow foursome ahead of him.)
There are 24 hrs in a day so that leaves 21 hrs. Trump sleeps 6 hrs. so that leaves 15 hrs. Figure 3 hrs. for meals (during which time he can think.) and you have 12 hrs. left to study the pay raise issue.
Over the three day weekend - that gives Trump 36 hrs. to study the issue.
