It's not rumor, it's fact. Watch the podcasts and read the filings like the last 8-K that was just filed if you want the facts. You'll get a mix of fact and BS on message boards, heavy on the BS over at "that other site".
In the last podcast, Oscar Herrera covered the Brazilian inquiries, and made it clear that they would pursue only as many opportunities as could be executed properly, without delays due to moving in too many directions simultaneously with too few resources.
Some opportunities simply have to wait until others are signed, sealed and delivered. The Mexican private label deal is already expanding before it's even 100% complete. They are also interested in the HEMPd brand. The growth potential is enormous.
