As you know they are now quit busy with all this current news - Was told I'd get a follow-up call over week-end after all this dies down. I will follow up - but yes expect those shares to be retired as was told the judge says they are now void. This to me is the 1st day of share reductions that i expect to continue as we grow and book profits
