I have talked to the Congressmans aid and he asked me to e-mail him all the details. I called Dr. Dalton and left him a voice mail to confirm it is FINRA we are waiting on before I send the e-mail-will keep all posted. The aid said he would ask the Congressman to make a call to FINRA to build a fire under them if they are indeed the delay.
