I'm feeling more bullish all the time, too. I keep being introduced to new members of the management team and they all come across as smart, skilled and enthusiastic. The podcasts are also bringing me to the conclusion that the management ecosystem, so to speak, is very healthy. Michael Welch is low-key, soft-spoken, self-effacing. That may be just what this company needs at this point in its evolution. He's got skilled people underneath him; this company's performance will be maximized when there's room on the dance floor for them to strut their stuff. Michael helps make RMHB a good place to work. I'm talking about the intangibles here. Teamwork and morale matter a lot.
