The only way this ticker has any chance to survive is with a massive R/S. Its virtually useless with 15 billion O/S. It cant be used to finance a company anymore because of Bill's reputation and the amount of outstanding shares. Its not even good for flipping because there is so much debt and Preferred shares still tied to this that the pps cant move.
