FRLF has raised money the harder but more honest way, by pitching large money investors and selling them blocks of restricted common shares or warrants at a discount in exchange for large cash up front.
This is non toxic and for the most part non dilutive, and is how wall street does it (think IPOs and 1st / 2nd rounds of funding). Very ethical CEO.
