I sent a email to the SEC Whistle Blowers Price Manipulation. I would suggest everyone does the same. pstats is trying to scare newer buyers that do not know any betyter and do not know his reputation. I also sent him an PM to let him know that the SEC has been informed. We need everyone to email the SEC.
