Court Case; Not Good.
Basically the new judge has granted full default motion against HJOE. However the liability amount has been held until case against co-defendant Veal is completed.
HJOE has no representation, and currently Veal has no representation. Just a dingy adrift at sea.
I believe the string I was hanging onto has slipped through my fingers.
