Honestly I thought the new OBD product was done six months ago based upon SB's comments in his shareholders letters.
Since it appears this picture was taken overseas (note the centimeter ruler) it's anybody's guess when the units will hit the USA and be distributed to customers. For now it's likely On4 is just using the old product.
