haven't a clue what that means ... but it sounds impressive .. 
i just track *markage* .. volume avgs (10/90 day) and YOY %s ..
and to make NR even more cranky .. i tend to buy on bid vs ask ..
but that is me
btw vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation (as i refer to the swamp) has not surprisingly gone mostly all out *negative* ..
very telling *imo* when NRs' angst is ratcheted so *CONsistently* on an OTC target
