As long as any 'retail' buyer doesn't live off OTC he/she can make an 'educated' gamble and let the chips fall where they may. One thing for sure, this CEO is open about what he's doing and seems to actually be DOING quite a lot... more than I've ever seen of any other OTC company leader.

So, for me, it's worth the risk as the reward could be quite handsome and worthwhile... not to mention a fun ride, lol
