note how NR always *twists* aspects
providing bid support isn't what NR *wants* .. what NR wants is to flush out P2O investors
clearly with record low volume of 13M and change in place for 2017 .. down
from a washed 36M and change of 2013/2014 .. NR hasn't succeeded
volume increases when actual investors sell .. it doesn't decrease
most of the P2O investors i interact with .. will take low to no volume re: PTOI
until mgmt executes
of course just one of the reasons NR relentlessly compresses an OTC targets' PPS .. is to *impact* OTC mgmts' abilities to execute
this isn't rocket science .. but it is math
and MM OTCX is a decoy utilized by an *entity* that is getting increasingly *cranky*
the joy of documentation when it comes to proving that they all *collude*
here's to low to no volume on PTOI .. until mgmt files/updates actual investors
