there have been buys .. nothing forwarded yet re: sells .. but i expected *volume* this week because cracks were starting to show specific to what had to be marked re: daily %s .. and then the last round of *legal* had an increase from the usual standby of 5000 shares to over 30000 shares with a factually false daily vol avg reported to Finra by NR
the settlement date for the next round of legal being reported .. is this Friday ..
which with it now being T+2 makes the last day of trading for that either tomorrow or Thursday .. depending on how figured
years back with T+3 .. i'd been told that T (trade executed) was considered Day 1 of the 3 .. so if that is true .. and with Friday being settlement date for next round .. it won't surprise me to see more of the same tomorrow and Thursday
what is odd to me is that usually PTOI doesn't show *volume* over back to back days .. but then NR has a propensity for bogus bs .. as was noted yesterday when a long's GTC @ .017 (on bid) became the UC ask

there was also a bid on bid shown briefly by CDEL yesterday for over 1M shares .. so it looked to me as if someone *shorted* deliberately (so far) 2 rounds per day (M/Tu) .. presuming another goal remains to reset the 52 week low .. which has now been reset to .007 on 9.14.18
ironically two days after the next round of *legal* gets reported

imo very little of what NR has reported on PTOI over the past several years has been *factual*
i expect to post out this week's tape of trades over the coming 3 day weekend
curious to see if this week's volume is on par with entire previous month
because as i've noted a few weeks ago .. *volume* is clearly being ratcheted up on PTOI
which by itself is just odd .. at least to me ..
lastly there has always been a core group of P2O investors who've provided bid support .. over the years .. most of them hold in excess of 1M PTOI *shares*
one reason why i asked the founder back in the summer of 2016 .. just how many P2O investors there were .. and without missing a beat .. the response then was 1000s .. which is why it's so interesting to see the continuity of what the K filed each year has shown since 2013 .. a consistent 450 to 485 .. of which per a self proclaimed cyber stalker of mine @ the vehicle of choice gleefully noted that DTC/CEDE was *1* and that *1* represented every brokerage firm .. which ironically (this goes back to 2016/2017) .. proved my point .. albeit indirectly
because what i'd done is take the I/O (which is not the float) .. rounded it up to 125M and then divided it by the number noted in the filed K
to keep it simple .. 125M divided by 450 works out to approx 277,777 PTOI shares per
with P2O's ability to actually execute .. *some entity* has one hell of a problem re: PTOI *shares*
