Presidentsclubb , you have nailed it , IMO. what we have here is a master on many levels , but his genius is promoting an Idea, creating a product that claims is 1000% better than other types, but with R&D developing (not 1) but many prototypes with other peoples money and essentially working to own 80% + of the company , patents and essentially every thing and telling the investor some of his moves are not in their best interest ! And people still want to invest even though many have lost mostly (EVERYTHING ). Hows that for an investment ? With dilution ongoing , reverse splits ( 200 to 1) and no sales except a remark of more R&D on new motor types , which eats more money and NO SALES ! That is quite a business plan , and the statements of," on going concerns for new funding ." 76 million $ stated invested for development ? And the investors have gotten what ? Look above ^^^^^ dilution , dilution , dilution , and 200/1 R/S and ongoing Dilution . Go figure .? !
