Hopefully this will be my last post on the subject of Mr. Zack's book and the whole SEC mess.

The settlement does not invalidate the point Mr. Zack made in his 2 page example in his book.  The judgement against the corporation and the individual, along with Mr. Bordynuik stepping down most likely as a condition of the settlement (I may get arguments here, but I do not intend to respond to them), indicate that a real problem existed.  Not a devastating problem, but a problem that was not just summarily dismissed.

Now it just is what it is and it is time to execute the business plan.  Assuming that the business plan is coming together as suggested by statements that have been made by the corporation, the share price should no longer be held back by the SEC cloud.

And that is a very good thing.
