Great analogy, except that the company doesn't have past failures in any of the clinical trials. The company's "failures" are merely that it was in the way of the mugger and would-be murderer Mako and his gang, and their hangers-on (the smaller trader groups that follow along like remoras to attack along with the big guns.) Yes, Leo made mistakes by letting the other side know of his intention to uplist, and other things that he shouldn't have revealed. But now he has learned from his mistake.

And the company has done things from the scientific end in a way that most small biotechs can only envy -- having gotten to Phase 2 on several clinical trials. Many companies trading at much higher market caps haven't even completed one Phase 1, let alone multiple Phase 2's.
