Re: lousy.engineer #48110
Well let's see, what kind of things has lousy engineer said in the past, using excellent English for a non-native speaker? Here's a typical post, couched in terms that try to slant things negatively while trying to appear reasonable. For instance, hypothesizing something that no one knows, claiming knowledge that no one has in the first paragraph (the "supposedly" is a hedge so that s/he can claim innocence of bashing when called on the fact that this is a pure fabrication based only on the lack of a PR at that time).
Then there is the claim that the share price is due only to Aspire selling (untrue) and making it sound as if Mr. Ehrlich had to beg an unwilling Aspire to buy shares in the first place (also untrue).
And then we have just a flat-out "the sky is falling" statement. At least that makes it clear that his/her stance is negative on the company, and the unwary can look back at the previous paragraphs knowing that this is someone looking for things to boo-hoo about. We all know that "market conditions" do not matter when a biotech has good news. On the day of the great stock market crash of 1987, one biotech was up almost double on good news, as the market itself crashed horribly.

Supposedly there's no partnership, isn't it possible that future dilution may happen in order to move forward and monetize those drugs in pipeline?

Leo already tried to raise some money recently by selling shares to Aspire at a cheap price and that's most likely the primary cause for the share price to crater to new low.

I really hope something's coming out soon because the overall market condition doesn't look favorable now.
