Like Jim said, SEC filings. People should check for filings since the news will often show up there first. If they choose, a PR may be included, but history has shown that flippers (including MM's) often take profit on news because they are already up enough for meeting their short term goals, so you may not see a big spike in the pps for every nice bit of news they share through PR's.
