It would have been better "if" the mentioning of grant money was more difinetive in nature, leaving much speculation off the table. Do they have the grant money they have been trying to get now??? Should have been a PR on it if they did. Is the grant money coming after some more obstacles are overcome? As in Ok, you have the grant money approved, but you'll only get the money when you complete dot, dot, dot. More precise language when it comes to finances helps stop MM's from tricks they pull.
