portfolio of mere Phase 2 drugs? How about a portfolio of successfully completed phase2 drugs with great safety profiles and with $billion+ indications.
As for Phase3 being the most expensive it won't be for Prurisol. 505 designation allows for a small trial (100-300) or maybe no p3 trial required at all.
