For once I'm actually kinda siding with you on this. I'm confident it's 99.99 % a sham email and company. Although I have to say that .001 % chance it could be legit is kinda intriguing. I only say this because if this was a court of law, we don't have any hard factual proof. I mean it could be a new company from another country which is why they have a gmail account and the grammar is off. It's a stretch I know but just saying.

Also which is why you can't say Utopya doesn't check their Twitter feed. I mean you do not 100% know that unless you work for the company and are in charge of the twitter account. Now you could say they don't ever respond because that is pretty much true. So just be factual because monitoring their account and responding are two different things.
