You are welcome to Wrenchman. I posted the link so others can find the AGRiMED posting. We were told in other writings that AGRiMED did not spend the entire $40 million on the first building. Instead, they allocated these funds for Pennsylvania, and will add as market conditions require. The first building is only 16,000 square feet to start, but the funds allocated are for 80,000 square feet. They may already be planning on expansion.


What I find remarkable is the $1 billion dollar figure AGRiMED claims they intend to spend together with their partners in Southwest Pennsylvania.
