Fred: If you believe they have the grants and cash you just keep believing that. From my point of view an explosive announcement (PR) with specifice will only be released when the grants are approved and cash available. Until then still waiting. Funded by or funded with grants is nothing new as in previous updates. Only things new are the calif meeting and hospital arrangement. Hospitals are most likely those associated with the Faro's. It was an important update but not a done deal yet. Opinion. Wishing/believing something doesn't make it true.
