Perhaps It is a new company in the US perhaps not. But we have no idea what their connections are to retail!!! As I said before the important thing is to see the Phones being SOLD!! I am sure if this distributor is legit there are more waiting in the wings that abide by the NDA for now. Everything will come out soon whether this is true or false!! I would laugh my ass off it this company put a deal together with AMAZON!! We shall see??
