I’m probably misunderstanding your point but I don’t think it’s ideal that the company has to raise capital by dealing with the kind of sharks and scumbags that will buy warrants or highly dilutive convertible preferreds at a discount and then short DECN stock. Not much of an alternative here on the OTC though.
