Re: Gemmerling #137
Honestly Gemmer, I wouldn't even say that. I think you just have to become WAY to CREATIVE to keep a post "going against" bashers up. Bashers know how to get users to do the one thing they cannot do on ihub, talk about another user. Their rules are dumb as shit and everyone should come here because admin here is cool. They always have been. If someone is posting lies, admin here will remove that BS. On ihub, lies are welcomed because it drives more people to refute the post. Even the deleted posts on ihub are still content for ihub when they go to get paid from their advertisers.
On ihub, the whole damn board has been talking about whether a pre 14c needs filed to change name and ticker in the OTC. I'm thinking, are you freaking kidding me. Why do people keep responding to silverbacks bullshit? I don't get it. All anyone has to do is go to OTC website and it says clear as day that a pre 14c isn't required. If that doesn't convince them, then they can go research a SEC filing OTC company that's recently changed their name and ticker.
For example: On aug 1, ticker ALES (Evans Brewing Co Inc) changed its ticker to IONI and name to I-ON Communications Corp.
Go to the daily list FINRA DAILY LIST and search for aug 1. Then go here to OTC Markets and look at IONI disclosures/filings. You will not find a pre 14c for their symbol and name change and they are on the OTCQB and trading over $3.
I don't know why people keep entertaining the idiotic bullshit on that forum. Once it's put to rest, investors should leave it alone because those idiots will leave. Not many, other than short_slayer, are willing to just talk to themselves.
