SA is boxed in now. They played their hole card getting the venue moved to Calif where their judge ruled in their favor. It was a temporary fix although a Costly delay for SFOR shareholders. If not for that delay we would have already visited Maronti Beach. Whether there will be orals or the judges will rule I have no idea. Either scenario will bring about the same result imho. SFOR wins no doubt. We wait for that ruling. How long we wait is anyone’s guess.
